After having cooled, the pellets are then sorted by size. Pellets of the proper size are stored in tanks, and then conveyed to a weighing machine by the type of packaging indicated.
Every stages of our production process are combined with the latest technology. Raw materials must be weighed and formulated to the quality desired before entering to the production process. During the entire process, samples are collected and tested by most precise equipment to ensure that the products are consistency and maximum reliability. The finished compound is checked and controlled once again before being packaged and delivered to customers.
The processing is done in a totally enclosed system to prevent contamination especially our hygiene Medical PVC Compound that is globally approved. Our production procedures are designed to meet each product’s specification by using most advanced equipment.
